I actually don't mash my potatoes because it's healther to bake them because of the fiber in the skin (plus, you don't need to use milk or anything to bake a potato)..BUT I treat my baked potatoes like mashed potatoes. I LOVE them with ketchup, but i also like them the traditional way with gravy on top. But you want to know something really original that i do? I eat them with BBQ Sauce!! Try it! It's soooo good.
