1) Tree Hugging: Yes 4 sets of 10 three times per week. Increase tree size until lateral obliques are firm and can be fully extended.
2) Crystal Holding: This is more of an isometric. For maximum benefit, alternate between holding arms forward, palm up, and to the side. Advanced crystal-holders may rotate gently or add successively larger metal amulets for strength-training.
3) Meditation: Yes, with meditation you might gain clarity and find the inner resolve required to stop yourself from doing silly things people tell you make sense but don't. Recommended prior to tree-hugging and crystal-holding.

If you will believe you will, yes. Thought is matter, if you believe it will happen, it will.
If you hug a tree, it will grow a little more. Doesn't it make you stronger knowing you can help control the life of another being?
If you hold crystals, your negative energy will go into the crystals... being replaced with positive energy, so, yes.
If you meditate, you will gain clarity, no doubt.

touching a tree and feeling its energy feels wonderful...
get you stronger? like popeye? nah!
holding a crystal and feeling its energy can really charge you up...
but read about crystals, don't hold the wrong ones.
meditation can surely give you clarity if you know how to do it.
(watch out for any dogs while hugging the tree, ok?)

Squeeze, release, squeeze, release - repeat enough times on that tree and the muscles in your arms might just increase a bit. The crystals won't do anything but look nice, though meditating could help depending on what you're meditating on.

Hello Faith,
Actually i think we are al responsible for our selves. If we are looking to get something from trees or crystals(NOT THAT THEY AREN'T LOVELY TO LOOK AT OR FEEL), it could mean we are evading responsibility for our selves. Meditation is about emptying your mind and i think that in fact clarity of mind only comes from use of that mind. Thinking gives you clarity, speaking out your thoughts or writing them down gives clarity. If you empty your mind with the use of endless repetitive phrases perhaps you will cause your mind to be careless? unproductive? confused? I think the mind should be treated like the body and like your spirit (if it's revitalised) Soooooo USE IT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT!!!!
By the way, you don't need to empty your mind to learn how to breath correctly. There are masses of people out there willing to teach you for a price hmmmmmm the Emperors new clothes comes in lots of guises.

I was taught by my Senseis Mr. Yamanoha an Mr. Hayashi in Aikido. They studied under Mr. Morihei Ueshiba the founder of Aikido.
Both my Senseis trained me the universal truths of Aikido.
One of my lessons was the study of energy the flow of your Ki or Chi all of us have it, but most of us hardly use it.
Both told me to hug a tree or better yet, extend your arms and let your hands almost touch the tree. You can feel its energy they too have this energy.
After serveral yrs. in training you can neutralize your opponents by using this force within you. Rather than using a devastating blow. I teach my students the same.
To develope your Ki energy within you.
All of the creators creations have this energy in them the trees, flowers, plants give of oxygen...they are alive to help us.
Hug a tree...feel the energy be my guest.
The crystal thing I'm not aware of...
Meditating is good for you too, health wise.
and proper breathing go along with it. We are all part of the universe. We have one within us. We belong to it.

The people in Sedona Arizona believe that there are vortex energies of both male and female virtues that make us happy and angry. I have experienced these energies when I went to Sedona. The bell shaped monolith has a spiritual energy of peacefulness. My ADHD child climbed it to the top and when he came down he was so relaxed I had not seen him smile in months so wide. I am far from a "hippie." But, I do think there are things we can't explain.

Your tea will become stronger if you leave the bag in longer. Your crystals will get warmer if you hold them, and much warmer if you put them in your lover's mouth. Meditate on that.
