I do. Use chicken broth instead of water and add cooked chestnut, yummy! We have stuffing several times a month.

No as I make my own stuffing, which is very easy. It is only bread torn into pieces, salt, pepper, whatever spice you prefer, 1-2 eggs depending on how much bread you use and a dash of milk, enough to make the bread crumbs just damp.
You can change the taste by using a variety of breads.

I make the Turkey flavor but use half the seasoning packet and beef broth in place of water, also toss in some pecans and dried cranberries or cherries,, YUM!!

I think it is too salty. At Thanksgiving I make it but throw in a lot of plain bread to cut down the sodium per serving.

Nope...my wife tends to make it into stuffing soup...huge turn off!! Poor stuffing
