Yes, all of them. From the peel and eat, to the cook/fry first and the little yellow-reddish ones. The country where I come from has more than the regular bananas (or bakoba/bak'ba) as we call them. We have a harder one (which we call bana or banana) that tastes best when cooked or else fried into salted banana-chips. When those are ripe or over ripe they are still fried and taste sweet, sometimes they are fried with a jacket of dough around them. Then there are the small ones that are very sweet which we call pokai (parrot) bananas. I have yet to meet anyone who can stop eating the small ones once started.

Bananas taste good as well as being good for you. A good source for potassium. I have used bananas in banana nut bread, banana slush, bananas and milk and just to munch on.
Another good way is to cut the bananas in half, spread nutty peanut butter on each half. Tastes great.

Oh yeah...my favorite is frozen chocolate covered bananas on a popsicle stick. I, also love peanut butter and banana sandwiches,

not really, and this is gonna sound strange, but I love the baby bananas. like the bananas in a baby food jar. I'm sorry but they are so good. They taste like bananas but they're a little sweeter so its sorta like a dessert.

Bananas are a good source of potassium which is good for us and I happen to like them, plain, splitted with ice cream and toppings, in sandwiches with peanut butter and also fried. Yummy !
