It's possible. Some women get pregnant despite never missing a pill. There is always a slight chance. It's just an odds thing.

It is possibleto get pregnant if you miss one birth control pill. But since the pill is not 100 percent effective, anyway, your risk is not statistically more significant if you missed one. But just follow your directions (most say to take it when you remember, then resume your normal schedule).

Assuming you are having sex, even if you take them perfectly there is a 1/100 chance that you will get pregnant--this is actually a pretty good chance. If you miss one, it is much more likely.

if you dont take your pill at the same time every day you are at risk....of course you can get pregnant....it doesnt matter what your bf tells you...every day and around the same time every day....no forgetting and taking it at 3 a.m.
