I lift weights for about 10 minutes each day until I sweat but after 3 month, I hardly see anything. I'm healthy and do eat enough proteins.

10 minutes a day isn't going to do anything for you. You need to do at least 20 minutes, but work a different muscle group each day with 24-48 hours rest between working the same muscle group. Just because you sweat doesn't mean anything.

10 minutes isn't long enough to put the stress on the muscles that you need. 30 minutes would be much better. You also have to keep bumping up the weight as you get stronger.

You have to do it everyday and your blood is pumping so you have to wait and do it everyday. Eat right, lift weights, take a break and do the same thing everyday
