how do i get him to like me more cuz im confused!?

this super hott, nice, funny guy goes to my skool and he always looks at me and sorta makes me think he's interested, but im not sure what to do...because he told my friends friend that he didnt like me but lately its seemed as if he does like me... pleaz how should i get to know him better...(by the way he is never alone he is always mobbed by people)
