Hi Brian - how lucky you are to have such cute kittens. They will keep you busy playing but be sure to let them have long naps too as they are very young and really need their sleep.
They look so much alike they may be littermates even tho the first picture is of a DOMESTIC LONG HAIR and the second, looks like a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR. A lot of times litters are mixed as Mom may be one breed & Dad another. Somestimes the kittens don't even look alike. It's possible too that the Grandparents may have been mixed and then the litter can also contain both breeds. There really are just 2 breeds of cats; the domestic short and long hairs and there are only 2 blood types too. One blood type for the short and the second for the long haired cat.
I think that the breed you have are BRIAN'S CHAMPS!

Unless you purchased your kittens from a breeder they are not any particular breed. The one looks like a tabby to me, couldn't tell about the other -- looks like he might become a long-haired cat.
Such cats are just designated, DSH(domestic short hair), DMH (domestic medium hair), or DLH (domestic long hair). Best kind of cats to have and then I have never had any other kind.

Domestic short hair. Tabby cats. Looks like it might be possible to have a touch of Bengal in them, with the one with dominant dark stripes. I'd just call them 'love', in a fur coat!

Kinda hard to tell untill they grow into themselves then you can do some research on the internet..i provided a source below. When they grow alittle older and into their looks, you are more familiar with all the little things they do and their personalities..(lap cat, pushes it's face into yours, doesnt like to be held, ect)...you can then do research and it'll tell you about your baby and it's personality...i know that my mainecoon mix didnt even look like a maine coon when he was little...he actually looked like your second pic. My other kitty, i have yet to discover what in the world he is except hatefull and full of spite! (thats alright though..he's my butthole kitty! and he has huge massive pink ears!) good luck though.

Most likely just plain ole alley cats. No special 'breed'. Actually the best kind. Pure breds sometimes have certain problems from line breeding making them prone to certain ailments, etc.

I don't know that there is a particular breed that includes these. My wife calls them tabby cats. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Check out my tabby:

Unless you have papers, they are "mutts" of the cat world -- common tabby, short hair or medium. Nothing expensive. Get them both spayed or neutered.
