How much should I eat to count as breakfast??? Does an egg coun???

Breakfast is just that..
It means breaking the fast (referring to the time when we sleep and do not consume anything).
Any food you swallow at this point will "break the fast"
Breakfast should actually be the main meal of the day...because we burn all the energy of the food eaten at that meal..
Have a good breakfast...Fruit, or fruit juice, and anything else that takes your fancy, breadstuff, cereals, eggs, ham or bacon, pancakes. As long as you don't "pig out".eat whatever takes your fancy!

Yes, an egg can count. It depends on what kind of diet you are on and it also depends on the person. If you're on a diet, then maybe you might want to check with your nutritionist or doctor to see what they recommend. If anything goes for you then you can have whatever you want for breakfast! Bagels, cereal, toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, you name it (providing that it is healthy of course).

Sure an egg counts. Whatever your body can handle in the morning. Personally I get sick on cereal etc. I usually eat something like crackers or dry toast till my body gets functioning. Other people, like my husband, can eat a burrito. I can't even watch ! If you can't eat right away take something with you to eat later on in the morning.

Anything that you eat in the morning hours can be considered as breakfast. Whether it is a breakfast bar, cereal,yogurt, eggs, or pancakes and the works.

break fast means the first thing you eat after a long period of not eating.

Fit for life says break it slowly,,being kind to your digestive tract, like some juice without pulp, a little later have the pulp. a litle lattermaybe a little grain. I say anything with lotsa butter and protien with hash browns that are actually brown. Unfortunately I did that too many years and now I get ultimate meal blended with soy drink and a banana. Lifes not fair matee.

Anything you eat when you wake up after a night (or day if you work 3rd shift) is considered breakfast. How much and what you eat does not mean anything.

it counts but you have to eat at least 2-3 eggs with rice at breakfast with milk or coffee

you need a well balanced breakfast like toast, grits,eggs,bacon,milk& juice to start the day. a egg only counts if your dieting!
