It's self-explanatory; black and white. And it's not the first time you did it. A felony.

It means very plainly what it says:
sexual penetration= putting inside not matter how slightly in to an orifice (hole)of a body
foreign object= anything including fingers, genitalia, other object such as curling irons. bottles, food, excrement, liquids, paper, anything that is not of the original
by force= with out the consent (permission, knowledge, desire)
SO:
Putting anything into an orifice (hole) with out the consent (permission, knowledge, desire) of the person whose orifice(hole) it being penetrated (having something put inside of)
Near where ever it was that you got the info from should have a terms defined section that goes into detail about each word ( or element)
**** I am adding this as an after note where it says PRIOR CODE meant that it has been rewitten and now may be worded differently and it used to be called this. I doesn't mean second or third or what ever offense.
reading statutes can be tricky. so I never saw this as anything other than a legitimate question good luck

Gotta hate Trolls anyway if the press is going report it,they should reword it so that not just the people in the court room know the full scope. Foriegn object is a poor choice. Split the code ie code blah sec 1. a human part Sec 1A unhuman part See, we wanna feel for the victim. And even more with an unhuman part . Trolls dont either way.

If you are taking it off of someone's criminal record, it would mean they were previously convicted of raping someone with an object (not their own body parts).
If you're reading it in a state statute, it would show what the old statute number was as opposed to how it reads now to cover the same action.
This is usually the charge if someone is penetrated with a sex toy? or other item as part of the rape, I would be surprised if it was the only charge they were convicted of, should be a couple of others that dovetail with this type of act. Hope that helps!

usually this is aggravated sexual assault, penetration by force with a foreign object could be any object used to penetrate a part of a persons body which are sexual organs.
