Ive been looking to get highlights in my hair and I noticed that the hair salon also glosses your hair if you want it. Im not sure what product they use or if it is a very good thing to do. What do they do exactly? Any hairstylists opinions??

If you are talking about glossing, as in haircoloring, then they are just using a semi permanent haircolor at the shampoo bowl, adding conditioner to it and leaving it on for 15-20 min and shampooing it out. It is great for hair that has been previously highlighted because it brightens up the old highlights and it leaves the hair in wonderful condition without stripping the hair. It just adds color and shine to what you already have.

i have had the glossing healing in a salon once and cherished it. I used to continually dye my hair so after them staggering a filler (??) in my hair, they then redyed it and did the glossing healing. My hair certainly did not fade interior per week and it change into once soooo sleek and exquisite! It did not seem greasy nor did it think greasy. Now i take advantage of the bathing room Frieda (sp?) gloss healing you make the most of interior the bathe after shampooing in between salon treatments. I have not tried the diy glossing kits even if as my funds has become tight, i trust i will see it in my close lengthy time period. :)

They probably use an oil sheen. You can get them at a drugstore. One brand is called PINK (something like that) LOL :). If you get it don't put a lot because your hair might look greasy. When you wash you hair then you want to do do a really good job to get out all the buildp from the oil sheen spray or the one that you pour out. Tip: I think the one that you pour out might be most effective.

they use a spray or an oil that glosses your hair. there is a spray and one that u pour in ur hands. the one u pour is way more concentrated than the spray. it works really well and it makes ur hair look so0o0o pretty!! it really wont damage ur hair
