No she can give it to other but the virus will always be in her body. If she doesn't tell her partners before they get it on she can go to prison for attempted murder. There are medicines available now and you can test negative while taking them and if you stop taking it you test positive. The drug is available but they aren't saying if it is a cure or if you can still pass the virus while taking the medicine. Only 2% of children born to mothers with the virus are born with the virus.

No, but if she knowingly has aids and has unprotected sex without telling her partner, and the partner gets aids, she can be charged with some form of attempted murder and when the person dies, it is murder.
