Perms can be a variety of looks. Like a beautiful soft wave or a very curly spiral. Bleaching can be done on your whole head or with a few highlights or a few strands in foils.

A perm is curling your hair and it stays in for a while. Bleach is when you bleach your hair so all of the pigment leaves your head and you are left with a disgusting whitish blonde color. Don't do either.

Perms straighten hair ( i think) And bleaches basically take out the color in your hair to make it blonde. It drys out your hair and depending on how strong your hair is, it might *might* fall out. You can do it, but not to much. I don't know a website though.

Bleaching your hair is lightening it to blond. Bleaching is not good for your hair.
