It won't taste good, and it will be dry and tough. You will wish you didn't eat it. It might have a bit of an odor, as well, and have absorbed odors/flavors from other food in the freezer with it. Best bet is to get something new.

IT WILL TASTE NASTY
I know from experience...left in the freezer too long meat will accumulate freezer burn and it is just gross...I made a chicken recipe with some a couple years ago and the chicken had a horrid, funny taste to it...needless to say, we ate out that night lol

Mike is a guy so he will eat it.........The meat is still good. The trick is to cut out the section that is freezer burnt. Do not be conservative when cutting. Any freezer burnt pieces will be like eating leather and nasty tasting.

You may not like the taste, but I have yet to get sick from anything with freezer burn.

Freezer burn is not necessarily bad, but check the date!!
Food kept in the freezer will last longer then food kept in the fridge...

if it has a little freezer burn it's probably ok, it may affect the taste but it won't hurt you. If it has alot though, I don't think I would test it!
