if you want FAST...put an ad in the paper & have a garage sale. Most everything will be gone in a couple hours. Ebay & the others are better money, but they are sloooowwww. If you want speedy have a tag sale

Hire an auctioneer.
Yes they make a percentage, In Iowa it was 15 percent. But they advertised appropriately and the task was accomplished in one day. If things don't sell. Just leave them as FREE.
I know that sounds crazy, but the trouble of getting rid of unsold things is simpler if you let other people do the hauling.
We did a three story house and outbuildings.
It had been lived in for about 75 years. We had hired a contractors dumpster and found people crawled in to take things. So if things don't sell, call a charity for pick up or Label them free to be taken away.
Good Luck.

I saw an ad in the paper years ago that was headlined 'Selling My Lifestyle'.
Or, you could let a charity pick it up and then take it off your taxes.

if you have backpage.com available for your area that might help, other than that post it on ebay or in the newspaper.
