If your doing it in a different zip code it's not cheating at all. That's the rule you know.

cheating is cheating and what she doesnt know now she will later its a fact. cheaters always get caught may not be today or tomorrow or a week or month or even a year from now but sooner or later the cheater gets busted. why would you want to do that to her? thats my question. have you ever been cheated on? how did or would you feel when or if it happened to you? I can tell you this much it ruins a persons life and their future relationships when a partner cheats cause its the "trust" factor that gets damaged..do her a favor either tell her or break it off with her dont cheat and not tell her cause eventually you will get caught and she will be the one paying for it in the end.

Dr. G. Three elements determine whether a relationship is an affair.
One is secrecy. Suppose two people meet every morning at seven o’clock for coffee before work, and they never tell their partners. Even though it might be in a public place, their partner is not going to be happy about it. It is going to feel like a betrayal, a terrible deception.
Emotional intimacy is the second element. When someone starts confiding things to another person that they are reluctant to confide to their partner, and the emotional intimacy is greater in the friendship than in the marriage, that’s very threatening. One common pathway to affairs occurs when somebody starts confiding negative things about their marriage to a person of the opposite sex. What they’re doing is signaling: "I’m vulnerable; I may even be available."
The third element is sexual chemistry. That can occur even if two people don’t touch. If one says, "I’m really attracted to you," or "I had a dream about you last night, but, of course, I’m married, so we won’t do anything about that," that tremendously increases the sexual tension by creating forbidden fruit in the relationship.

Yes it is cheating. If you are committed to one person, than you do not cheat on that person. You should ask how you would feel if she cheated on you, and you found out.

it is cheating even if you and the other person are the only ones that knows about it... if you are with someone else, that's cheating

yes.......regardless if she knows or not. If you call her your gf then that is a form of committment, not marriage of course but still some form of committment. Therefore, if you have relations with another female then it is cheating.

If you had to ask this question, there is some guilt in what you're doing. It's like asking, is it legal if I run a stop light, even though no one is around? Just because she doesn't know about it, you're still doing it.
