Hasn’t this question been asked and answered like 500 times already? Why do we have to endure reading these repetitive recycled moronic questions? Is there some contest going on to see how many times the Answers community can ask the same idiotic question?
I thought school has already started again - can't wait for the Migration Of The Idiot Teenagers!

Okay, so he thinks you have pretty eyes -- USE THEM! Look him in the eye and start a conversation - show an interest, ask him about his life, what he likes, what's important to him, listen to the answers. Smile a lot, where appropriate (i.e., not when he's telling you about how his cat died when he was six). Find those things you have in common, the things you're both interested in. Suggest you go to whatever it is - a movie, a play, a monster truck rally - together. Every so often, if something comes up about him that you like, just say. "I really like the way you draw," (drive, hit a baseball, throw a Frisbee, listen to your friends, laugh, tell a story, whatever - so long as it's honest). Don't heap on the flattery, but if something comes up that you like, say so, simply, then move on to something else.
Nothing is as attractive as being liked - often, how we feel about someone is driven by how they seem to feel about us, and how they make us feel about ourselves. Show a genuine interest, and he'll feel interesting -- and want to be around the person who makes him feel that way. Good luck!

Ok, Well then dress girly and get him to like you as a friend.... Then after a week or atleast two weeks if he doesn't ask you out you first make your first move. And if he says no or has a girlfriend then better luck next time.
