Burger King is better quality, but at McDonald's you can go with a few bucks and get a load of food off the dollar menu. My favorites are
double cheeseburger
mcchicken sandwhich or 4 piece nugget
small fries
2 pies or 3 cookies

I would have to say McDonald's, but I love the char-broil burgers at Burger King. McDonalds just has more of an appeal for some reason.
