The term existed before Jackson 'popularized it'. It's slang for the wine used in communion. It's supposed to represent the blood of Jesus in the same way bread does his flesh. There is a connotation of white wine here by calling it 'Jesus Juice' as opposed to calling it 'Jesus Blood'.
