Really, though, it doesn't matter. You may "really like him," but it's clear he doesn't like you enough to respect you or your relationship. It's hard to just stop liking someone, just about impossible, although it does happen with time.
Get away from him, and distance will give you perspective. It just isn't showing respect for yourself to hang with some guy who's going around rubbing and, excuse me, ewww gross, licking boobs. Who knows what else he's doing when you're not around - you already know he's embarrassing you, and yes, cheating on you, no matter what he says about it.
Should you dump him? You're asking the question, so it's at least on your mind. You know this isn't right. Whether you stay with him or not will tell you what you think about yourself, and whether or not you're worth better treatment than this.

Where in the world did you see him w/ three other boobs? Was it w/ 3 different girls but they would only give him one boob each or was it a 3 booby freak? I'm confused. Anyway, as long as he wasn't cheating on you at the time, I'd let it go.
