Yes, a general dentist office can preform Scaling and Root Planing (SRP). To have all 4 quadrants of the mouth cleaned you are probably looking at somewhere between $700-$1200 (this is without any insurance coverage).

A cleaning here in NE PA is about $100. Some clinics have a sliding fee where they go by your income. If you don't earn much you would pay 10% of the services, ect. Any dentist ofice can do this.
