2 identical twins walk into the bar; lets name 'em: Jack and Daniel (their names have nothing to do with the riddle).
They each order the same exact drink.
Jack drank his iced beverage fast and finishes it, while Daniel slowly sips on his iced beverage.
After Daniel had finished his drink, he collapsed to the floor and died!
What caused Daniel to die!?

There was poison in the ice so by the time Daniel was done drinking, the ice melted but the ice didn't melt for Jack.

The Ice was poisoned.
Danny took to long so the ice melted releasing the poison killing him.
Jack did it. Tired of being a twin he lead Danny to the bar where he knew his friend would be willing to slip in the tainted ice. Since they were twins and more likely to order the same thing, the friend poisoned both glasses (not knowing which was Danny's). Jack realizing what had happened chugged his drink so as to avoid the poison.

Because it was a Jack Daniels beer he drunk & drinking it too slowly caused him to die? Huh? Because you have to drink a Jack Daniels beer fast or you'll die?
