The answer is yes. There is a mark. It's just not visable, rather it's imbeded in your DNA.

I'm quite sure that I'm not. Most Mongolians have oriental eyes, black hair, and darker skin. I don't have those features, so I'm pretty sure that I'm not decended from the Mongols.

there is no mark on the body anywhere. you would need to check your family history to find out.
