man u aint alone christian brother, i too have that same problem, and wats worse is that i sumtimes pray to God and in return i tell him that i wont do bad things (such as look at pics i shouldent be lookin at, or even masterbating). And its hard i know, and when i do masterbate i feel bad afterwords for doing it. I guess wat we should do is pray to Jesus to make us stronger in resisting temptation to masterbate, to help us control the urge. And i guess aslo just think bout Jesus before u go ahead and sin, just ask yourself what would Jesus do and would he want u to do wat ur about to do. my best wishes, good luck to ya, God bless

The only way to quit anything is by willpower. However it's unlikely that you'll be able to go from 100% to 0% overnight - and staying at 0% will take a lot of willpower. If you don't have that then you will not succeed.

Pray about it and ask the Lord to help you stop. Repent from it, that will definitlely help. Seek accountability and help from other brothers in Christ. Seek counseling from a Christian counselor if you feel it is really terrible to a certain extent

Although most are trying to tell you that masturbation is not a sin....IT IS as you very well know. It's much easier for people to deny it as a sin and continue with this self seeking, self pleasing act then to refrain from doing it. If you really want someone to talk to about cleansing this from your life, please e-mail me. I am in a ministry program that address this issue clearly.

here is the method, follow it to ur best ability. close all doors infront of masturbation, make it harder and harder to do:
1st, reduce masturbation to 3 times a week...2 times....1 time a week. promise u will never watch porn during masturbation and only use ur imigination
2nd during this one time masturbation, use only ur left hand, never ur right hand.... then later never use ur hands at all, only grab ur body against ur bed.
3rd promise to not do masturbation at any place where God name is mentioned such as your own home.
4th promise to not masturbate at any place where God can sees you.

Lay in some high quality porn and enjoy yourself. Where is it written in the bible that you can't masturbate? Quit letting religion put a guilt trip on how you liver your life.

throw away all your porn and disable the sites online and take something up like writing or pottery or sewing or puzzles .. just something that will make you distracted. sports or running could do as well. or amke flash animation movies or take up baking or cooking or just something that will get your mind off that sin.
