He says there that one is sitting on the throne.
But in Revelation 5:6, the Lamb (Jesus) is standing in the center of the throne while the one is still sitting on it.

24 people and ppl have different opponion about who they were...Jesus said to his 12 deciples that he would judge the 12 tribes of Isreal its somewhere in the first 4 chapters of new Testament
