There's so many ways you could do;
1. Put it on a drinking glass and stir with sugar and ice.
2. Put it on a blender with ice and any sweetener (sugar/honey)
and press on.
3. Get an ice cream and put it on top of your drink, now you have a float.
Or
1. Give it to someone who is thirsty and not picky like you.
2. File a complaint to Pepsi directly.
3. Buy a coke next time.

I drink diet pepsi and it does not taste flat. Did the Pepsi you bought "fizz" when you opened it. Soft drinks can go flat when dropped, or hit by accident in a warehouse. Same goes for beer. Drop a can of beer and it will also taste flat. One thing about Pepsi I don't like, even though it is my favorite beverage of choice. Diet coke, if you only drink half a can and place it in the fridge the next nmorning it will not taste flat. Pepsi will.
My son worked for pepsi for 13 years and he drinks Dr. Pepper.
If you buy a two-litre place it on it's side in the fridge and handle it carefully and it will not go flat. If you handle it rough it will.
This from my son, and also the Pepsi executives, the best cola taste is still "Royal Crown Cola". You never see it adviritised, but so much as flavor it is the best. Try it...You will be shocked.

If you bought a lot...take it back. Otherwise, tell the manager next time you go. It depends on what result you want...do you want your money back or just to let the management know so that they will be mindful of it when stocking so that it won't happen to you again? You could choose both options.

Pour it in your toliet let sit for 5-6 minutes flush it and admire the cleaning job it did. This is what i do with flat soda.

Get your money back and stop shopping there.
Unless it's usually OK and you'll always get your money back if it's bad.
