A live dog is better than a dead lion for sure.
If folks that have repented can spiritually
go to heaven so can other animals.
Dogs are usually very loyal companions.
Folks talk about robes,slippers,milk, honey,
rivers and other stuff in heaven, right.
Why not, yes dogs go to heaven.
For a fact no one can prove that dogs
are restricted from heaven.
All dogs go to heaven, most humans won't.

If God created animals, they are in Heaven.
When you get to Heaven, not only would you see animals, but some you never seen before.
I know three people that been to Heaven, one is a little girl three years old, died and she was brought back, for three years old she explains in detail, knowledge of Heaven, and Another, woman now, she died at a young age, and she was told that she has to go back, she met Jesus, she saw all kinds of animals, birds, cats, dogs, everything better than earth, she has the most knowledge I ever had to deal with, like me she sees spirits, and ghost come to her all the time, she helps them find their way to Heaven. Trust me God created animals here on earth cause He like them, so YES they go to Heaven.

I'm not sure. My mother told me when I was little that if you love that dog, then it will be in heaven with you. I don't really know the answer to that. Sorry.

No animals dont have immortal souls
but to comfort you when youre there God could make the dog come back At that point you probably wont care

Well, no one on the planet knows for sure, but there are those who survived a brush with death who say they have been met on the Other Side (the most common name for the Afterlife among these folks) their pets who predeceased them.
