ok, so yea, im new to that skool, and the first day they made me sit kinda far away from her.... like 3 seats to the left, and i cant move nomore, and i cant get up for no good reason, if i want to get up i have to ask the teacher, i cant ask them to let me get up witout telling him im going to talk to someone, hes gonna know anyways and tell me to sit down or get me ditention. my skool is VERY strict, so i cant risk it. so yea, i wanted to talk to that girl since shes the only girl around me (they made us guys move to the right, and girls to the left side of the room) so im full of guys and cant talk to girls, and i wanted to talk to her, so i send her a lil note, saying "hi, i think ur pretty cool, i wanna know if u wanna be my friend" in my opinion it wasnt mean or anything, yet, she didnt answer back... also she also hangs aroudn wit just one guy, im not sure if hes her brother, since both got different last names and look different, but they dont look like if they going out....

oh yea, she did kept looking at me a lot of times... and we made eye contact, but im really shy too so lol idk.... i wanted to talk to her after skool, but a lot of people got on my way, so i couldnt talk to her cuz that guy started talking to her.... wat to do? they both always together..

the guy could be someone trying to make the moves or a friend step-brother or boyfriend. right when the bell rings go right over to her and ask if she got the note. and then talk to her in person.
most young people want to be cool or have others think they are cool. so if you are new in the school, she will want to make sure other kids think you are cool before she hangs with you. this is itself uncool, but it is what young people do. it is better to try to make friends with the guy you see her with and find out what their status is. you gotta play it slick. like walk up to the guy, with his back to you, bend down to the ground by his shoe and act like you are picking up something. he'll be put off you are so close, but then say "did you drop this" and hand him a dollar. of course he'll take it, who wouldn't. just say "OK" and walk away. he will think your cool just for giving up some money. let him approach you. talk about some kind of bullshit for a couple of days or so. then ask him about the chick.

just talk to her and maybe she will talk back to you and let her know how you feel and before you do that ask that guy if there going out and if he says no then go for it and talk to her girls like it when guys are shy i do anyways i think it's sexy or you can wait till she answers your question. but noone really cant tell you how to handle it or do it you have to figure it out on your own that is what i would do though if it was me.
