Ugh! I have a blister-like thing on my tongue! It's so itchingly
irritating, I've had it for a week, and it's at full power--pain!
I wanna get rid of it now!! NOW! Without making myself cut
myself, or bleed to death on my tongue, how do I rid of it?!?!?!?!?!?

This is an ulcer. You can't really cut it off very easily - use a treatment like Bonjella on it - it costs about three pounds ($6) per tube and works very well.

Rinse out your mouth with hydrogen peroxide several times a day. Don't swallow any. Good luck.

hot salt water. even works on herpes.
