Jesus has not appeared to anyone since the time of his apostles and he told them that the world would behold him no more and it hasn't. He is now our reigning King in heaven and he is invisible and will remain that way.
John 14:19: "A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also."
Only the apostles and those awarded life in heaven with Jesus at that time would see him and they would only see him in the heavens.
God does answer prayers, but sometimes we have to wait on the answers. If our prayers are sincere, he will hear us.
Though we cannot see Jesus physically, we know he cares for us and as our King, he will rule over us with justice and wisdom.

I love questions like this. These are awesome. God and Jesus were created to satisfy the need to belong and have answers to questions in front of them. I am not saying God or Jesus are not real, because I have seen some pretty weird things out there and all I can say is it must have been God, but you have to be observant. The real reason people pray is to find answers and to say "Thank you" mostly. Try this. Try sitting down and listening to silence and listening to everything around you and see what you get. Then ask a question about it. Be patient. You will eventually find and get what you are looking for.

It is more accurate to say that God listens to all prayers, he doesnt obviously answer them all. Otherwise this would be a crazy and wacky world!! Or sometimes hes very slow to answer them like with Abraham and Sarah.

However, seeing Jesus in the flesh was a special privilege. You will have an eternity to look at Jesus, do you have the faith to believe without seeing? Jesus wants to appear in your heart! And that can only happen if you repent and get baptized!

Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it." -Luke 10:23

Because Jesus won't reappear before the second coming of Christ (The Rapture). It is part of the test of our faith, being able to believe not by seeing, but by feeling Gods presense and knowing he will come again, and in Gods time your prayer will be answered, they always are sometimes not as we planned but they always are.

God answers your prayers in ways you dont expect. if youre a fan of the maxin 'to see is to believe', then i guess you just have to take it on faith. jesus never makes a physical appearance.

Wow, read in between the lines. Have you ever read the Bible? It clearly says in Matthew, do not test the Lord. God answers all prayer according to his will as well, if I prayed to become a woman, I think it would be illogical of God to allow me to become a woman... get real

First, he only acknowledges prayers that are prayed in faith. He ignores nonsense.
Secondly, you have never prayed that prayer seriously, or he would reveal him to you
Thirdly, "no" is an answer. Sometimes he uses it.

All prayers are answered, just not the way you want them to be answered. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and sometimes wait and see if you still need an answer it may work itself out.

Probably to save your life. As God mentioned to Moses in the BIble, no one can see him and live. For him to appear right now as God would kill you.
