I've read the basics, but don't know the particulars. I don't want to buy the book! Can anyone help me? How much should you restrict fruit? Are cheeses / eggs / butter / etc. OK? Is white rice better or brown rice? Are all potatoes OK? Are there restrictions on rice / potatoes? ETC.

ah i can answer no sugar, cane sugar turns in to fat and yeast. which your body may find it hard to break down, causing weight game and fungal infections, if eaten out of moderation, i use fruit sugar myself tastes the same, but natural, it can be used by diebetics. the book which i swear by reguarding diet is dr gillian mckeith. it gives genuine advice on all that you are wanting to know. its my bible. never have colds now.

um, ever heard of a library? it's this place in your town where you can read a book without having to buy it

flour is required for women, it has folic acid required to avoid spina bifida in the child, and diets are dumb anyway, the ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT is to eat sensibly and exercise, the longer you avoid it the longer you'll be unhappy
