Uh oh....now you've gone and made some of the women really mad.
I don't know if this counts as an answer, but when my mom got mad at my dad she'd just throw the dishes at him......she didn't need gloves and it saved water.

My husband used to always try to talk me into a dishwasher since I took so long washing dishes and I'd tell him no, too much money. A year and half ago he came home with a barely-used Whirlpool from a friend of a friend for $10.00. Now I have no complaints and he's a happy camper too.

What!?! Did you know my dad? When ever we asked for a dishwasher he told us God put two of them at the end of our wrists!! I won't use a dish washer.... never seen one that actually gets dishes clean. I use the two at the end of my wrists! Thanks for the Playtex gloves!
