I'm 17. My girlfriend is the nicest person in the world and I'm totally in love with her, but she's developed a real problem with "talking about the relationship". We were best friends for 3 years until we became a couple about 6 weeks ago.

If I have a problem, I know that it'll only fix itself if I talk about it with somebody and I'm happy to do it. My girlfriend hates it if I try and discuss my feelings on how she's acting or if I have a problem with the relationship - she says I worry too much, but I only worry because there's basically no communication and things play on my mind when she gets angry when I try to discuss them.

I want to be able to talk about anything and everything, but if I try, she says the relationship is "too serious" and she doesn't want that after only 6 weeks. I'm fine with that, I don't want it to be too serious either, but we can at least discuss things that aren't working - otherwise one of us is going to go forever being unhappy (right now, me!)

The main problem here is that I can't tell herTHIS because it'll count as me talking about the relationship, see? The thing she doesn't wanna talk about. If I say this stuff, that's "too serious" in her opinion.

I feel like I have no options.

I'm sry, I used to be like this....she needs to be able to talk to you, give her more time and if by 3 months she's not confortable, you need to move on....if she's not cofortable at 3, she probally will never change. Commuincation is key in any realtinship!!!!! Even I know that....good luck

She expects him to pay lease, purchase groceries and babysit all day for loose and supply her funds on each occasion she needs, it looks like she's utilising him for funds and babysitting centers and that possibly she expects too lots. What does she do? that's administration and administration in some unspecified time interior the destiny will become abuse. i'm no longer so specific that the mummy is the muse of your subject. you fairly shouldn't intrude together with his relationship together with his mom the two, that's in basic terms going to reason a conflict interior the kin. perhaps his mom has a clarification for her behaviour.

She needs to understand that communication is the most important thing in a relationship she needs to grow up

ok...just kidding :) (unless you want to)

why dont you try easing into it,

like talk about someting else then a movie or a song and be like have you ever felt like that, and pretend its a hypathetical situation

like trick her into talking about it, but she's probably not that dumb right.......

i dont know, maybe give her some time, im sure she'll come around, you sound hard to resist

IT SEEMS SHE JUST ISNT READY FOR A REALLY SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP AND IF YOU CANT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER THEN THERE IS NO RELATIONSHIP, BUT RARELY DO YOU FIND TEENAGE COUPLES THAT ARE MATURE ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER.
