Have you tried looking to see if there may be one on Craigslist for your area and/or advertising that you're looking for one? You can do the same thing on sites like eBay (post that you want one).
I don't know if this would do any good, but you could try a few of the search engines, using, "1995 Toyota Tercel, needs engine". Who knows. You might run into something that way.
Have you tried junk yards in your area or even leaving your number in case one comes in? You could leave a note/notice in places like local car repair places, local supermarket bulletin boards, or maybe even ask if you could post something on a high school bulletin board.

I can't imagine that any manufacturer makes a supercharger for the Tercel. Seriously, try a junk yard, I mean, an "auto recycler."

I'd try Ebay motors and type in "parts cars"
