Well, anyone you sleep with could have STD's and AIDS. Whoever you sleep with, use a condom and you'll be fine. I might sleep with a super hot porn star, but I don't usually find porn stars as hot as regular people. Of course, the experience they have would be nice...

I'm not a lawyer, but I believe it would be illegal to not disclose any incurable STDs prior to having sex with someone. Especially with HIV which could lead to death.
The question didn't make sense. I don't understand how the "you didn't know they have STD" thing come into play.
Since I'm free and single, I would have sex with any woman that I consider reasonably attractive, and that they are clean. Porn star or not doesn't make any difference. But if they lied about not having STD, that's a different issue.
And just FYI, chances are, porn stars are cleaner than some random person you meet at a bar or club. Porn stars are checked for STD's all the time, so if they catch anything, they'll find out real quick -- it's part of their profession. I seriously doubt normal people go for STD checks all that often.
