Don't worry dear, there is no hell. It's a story that was made up to try and control people.

I have the best ans for u supported with scriptures. Some days ago i had an argument with my uncele and he sid the same thing so its imortaint for u to be baptised so hear are some scriptures
JOHN 3:5 > Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit

ACTS 2:38 >Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 22:16:>And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.'

1 Corinthians 12:13:> "For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit."

ROMANS 6:4>We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

Mark 16:16 >He that believes and is baptized shall be saved"

But if u r baptised and have not accepted Jesus, u will not go to heaven...
if u need to talk about this topic u are more than invited

I've answered this question before. God judges us based upon what we do with what we have. In other words if you haven't received the Gospel in sufficient manner to understand it and choose to believe or not, then God is not going to condemn you for remaining uncommited. If you have lived as good a life as you know how to live, then God will receive you and teach you what you have missed out on.
I think the more interesting question is why do you care? If you don't believe in God then it doesn't matter whether you are baptized or whether there is a heaven or hell. The fact that you are asking me tells me that somewhere in your being, you still harbor a possible belief, enough to make you concerned about such issues. In which case I recommend that you keep searching and studying until you come to a comfortable resolution of your inner feelings.
I testify to you that God does live and that a heavenly salvation is available to all of His children that learn to follow him with fullness of heart, might, mind and will.
Don't ever give in to the philosophies of men that don't know any better than to lean on their own understanding. That is not strength, it is pride.

All I know is what the Bible says.... In order to have Everlasting Life, you must believe. Period. The alternative to Everlasting Life is Hell, so sadly yes.... As a Christian I really struggle with that or did. Because I know soooo many good people who just choose not to believe in God/Jesus. I'd love to have the faith my family who have passed are in Heaven but to the best of my knowledge many never accepted Christ.... But, who am I?!? I don't know their heart so maybe they did.

If you die, yes you will, but so does everyone who dies whether good or bad because hell is where all the dead are buried. It is the common grave of mankind. It is not a place of torment. Here is where the name "hell" or in Hebrew "sheol" can be found in the Hebrew Scriptures:
Psalms 139:8: " If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there."
Proverbs 9:18: " But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell."
Proverbs 15:24: "The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath."
Amos 9:2: " Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down."
Jonah 2:2: " And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice." (The belly of the fish that swallowed Jonah would have been his grave, had God not rescued him)
When Adam and Eve sinned, they were told they would return to the ground from where they came. All who died afterwards and who now die, go to hell (the grave) and it is comforting to know that they are not being tortured. The Bible says the dead know nothing at all. (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10)
Did you know that hell will soon be done away with--yes, hell will be a thing of the past. At Revelation 20:13,14 promises us_"And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
Death will bo no more and hell will be no more for without death, there will be no need for hell (graves) Does this not make sense?
God is love and we can be assured that he is not merciless or sadistic like the churches of Christendom make him out to be. When people say that God tortures humans, it makes Satan very happy. We need to prove Satan a liar.
God wants you to be baptized and dedicate your life to him, just as his Son Jesus did, but he wants you to do that because you love him, not because you fear he will torment you forever, which you now know he won't.

this is not a question that anybody can answer for you because we do not have the power to judge. only God can determine your fate. however, why are you worried about it? if you do not believe in God then you don't believe in hell either. or do you secretly, beneath that tough exterior that you don't believe in God mumbo jumbo, really do? you need to take a step back and honestly think if you do or not. i will pray for you, and hopefully one day you will believe in him. He's waiting for that day too.

first of all, you said you don't believe in God, and yet you believe in hell?

second, let's say hypothetically a person is not baptized and does not believe in God, as a catholic -- i don't think that person will go to "hell", God is not shallow that he will only select people who are religious.

whether you believe in God or not, i think you are just mocking our religion and testing us.

We can never be saved because of what we do; we can only be saved because of what Jesus Christ has already done for us. Let me explain.

Our greatest problem can be put in one word: sin. Sin cuts us off from God, and sin also keeps us out of heaven. But how can we get rid of our sins? We can't erase them or cause them to disappear by ourselves; we don't have the power. The only way we can get rid of our sins is for someone to come along and take them away for us.

And that is exactly what Jesus Christ did for us. We are weighed down by the burden of our sins—but Jesus took that burden upon Himself when He died on the cross for us. To put it another way, He took the punishment we deserve when He went to the cross in our place. The Bible says, "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God" (1 Peter 3:18).

What must you do? Simply believe that Christ has taken away your sins, and then receive Him into your heart and life. The Bible's promise is for you: "To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12). Become God's child today by asking Christ to come into your life.
