I've faked it successfully with and without a cover. With a Trojan, it is easy because its not like she demands to examine it after.
It has only been on something like a 3rd or 4th go around for the evening. Even superman can't just keep on forever. The fact that there are plenty of fluids already present from previous activity makes it hard to detect.
