Immigration in Seoul is located out exit 7 of Omokkyo Station (오목교역), about a fifteen minute walk away (the right side of the street has fewer stop lights to wait through). You basically walk straight out of the exit and continue walking down that road until you see a large building that says "immigration" in English on your far left. Keep on the right side of the street. The street will make a turn and you'll see a gas station on the opposite side. Proceed to the corner where you will find two crosswalks. Go over both of them. The Immigration Office is located next to the Water Affairs. You will see lots of people outside selling international calling cards.

I found the phone and web site but no address. If you're in Seoul now, go to Yangson and ask at the USO. That's where I get a lot of information.
