my best friend boyfriend who doesnt take care of her and is not paying any of her bills got mad @ her and said she should be grateful because she is with him! what would you have done? he aint done nothing worth her being lucky to be with him. he cool but he aint all that to be treating her. what would you have done?

mannn i would have made sure that guy could no longer produce children. she shouldn't have to be grateful she has him, it should totally be the other way around!

Why should he pay her bills?
He doesn't HAVE to. Now, if she's working her butt off, and he's paying for some, fine. But if she's sitting on her rear, thinking she deserves to be treated like a queen without doing anything, she better think again. No guy will stick around long for that.

I would have dumped him a long time ago any boy who does not care about me who tells me i should be lucky i am with him is a waste of my time! I would have kicked him out! But you cant dump him for her you just have to remind her that he is a waste of her time!
But if they dont live together i dont think he has to pay HER bills! But if they do live together get rid of him!

Am afraid that you cannot do anything for her. Just be there when she needs you to listen to. She has to make the decision to either stand up to him or leave herself and you can only be there to support her if and when she does. You can however make sure you give her self esteem a life with positive comments so she doesn't believe that this is what she deserves.

well it's not HIS responsibility to pay HER bills...that's ridiculous, i can't believe i read that. she should be greatful he is with her for puttin up with crap like that! damn your friend needs to learn to take care of herself and be thankful that she has a boyfriend who is understanding. Being in a relationship doesn't mean the guy takes on your financial debt.

If I were your friend, I would cut him loose. He will see how it feels to lose something good. If I were you, being the friend and all I would encourage her to cut her losses with this dude, ask her to hang out with you one day, you two go to movies or something, but try and talk with her about this issue. She can either "yea" or "nay" it.

she should totally dump him becuase a relationship is baseed on trust and love basically.... so if she doest trust or love him then she should dump him. If he says she should be grateful that she is with him, then you should tell her that maybe im not the one for you.
