It isn't called anything. People sometimes make the mistake of assuming that if someone believes in god they have a religion. Nothing could be further from the truth. Belief in divinity is spirituality. Religion is the death of spirituality. They have nothing in common. Religions (all of them) were created by men, not by god.
To set the record straight, agnosticism is not having a belief about whether there is or is not a god, so that is NOT the answer to your question.

there are many Gods and religions to choose from.
I worship over 300 gods and goddesses on a regular basis.
I am Pagan. and i call myself and my order
N.A.P.A.S. (New Age Practitioners of Ancient Spiritualism)
I focus on Celtic gods and goddesses. however to call myself Druid would be an insult to the ancestors that were and to the people living today that are. I am not a druid because i believe in more than just the Celtic Gods and Goddesses. and i also follow a lot of the New Wisdom that is coming from the New Age spirituality.
I will not claim Wicca because there are very few things in Wicca that i find to work for me. this is not to say that Wicca does not work i am just saying that many of the rituals in Wicca do not work for me.
If you are saying that you believe in ONE god but not the one described in the Bible and other religious texts of the monotheistic religions. i would say that you have a very good base as a spiritualist.

Many religions could fit that description. For example, Jews believe in god but they don't believe in Jesus or what is written in the Bible. People can also believe in god without belonging to a certain religion. I think the word you're looking for is monotheist. Or if by "a God" you meant one or more gods, the word theist would be more appropriate.
Monotheist: One that believes that there is only one God.
Theist: One that believes in the existence of a god or gods.
Some people have said paganism and agnosticism, neither of which apply to the description you have stated.

Deism
I've added the Wikipedia description of Deism, lest someone think that JackBauer is correct. He is wrong, Deism fits the criteria put forth by the question.
"Deism is a religious movement that originated in 17th and 18th century Europe and North America and continues in a mostly similar form today. Deism is a religious philosophy and methodology that asserts the existence of a God/Higher Power. It holds that the proper source of religion comes from the exercise of human reason, the observation of the natural world (existence) and the utilization of personal experience with emphasis on individual freedom of thought. As such, Deists reject divine revelation and holy books, which in turn leads to the rejection of revealed religion."

Want to acknowledge that Jack and I exchanged messages and he very kindly removed Deism from his assessment. Thank you much Jack.

It's not agnostic (agnostics don't take any side on the belief in God). 'Not believing in Jesus' means that you don't treat him as a deity so.... given all that, this can fit a bunch of different religions, all depending on what you exactly mean when you say you 'believe in a god' (what kind of god - theistic, impersonal, judgmental, life force, foundation of all existence, something that is formless and beyond imagination and energy, etc.).

I don't care anymore about religion or if god exists or anything. I just try to live my life the best I can, I try to be as nice as possible with people. God is not important in my life. I don't have time to play guessing games anymore, I try to focus on my career and my loved ones, that is the most important thing to me.

The name is not agnostic, because agnostic would mean you believe in the possibility of God.
If you believe in one God but do not relate that one God to any of the middle eastern faiths or any other specific religion, I would say you are a Mono-deist or Mono-theist.

Without more detail, I would say monotheistic. You acknowledge that there is a God, a superior being that is in charge of earthly affairs and let your respect go to your concept of this supreme being.

I don't follow any set religion; it's more a way of life, a path that tries to encompass all religions. Having said that I come from a long line of Druids.
