my i tunes won't let me change the eq manualy how do i change?

i am running osx 10.3.9
iTunes version 6.4

what does eq mean ?

I am also running OSX 10.3.9 but my iTunes is version 6.0.5, which is the last update that will run without switching to OSX 10.4 (I have my iTunes set to auto-update) So it looks like you are running a version of iTunes that is meant for 10.4
I have no problem changing the equaliser.
