there's this lady i work with and for almost two years now i have been teasing and flirting with her and she been teasing me back. sometimes she would start with me and then theres times when she seems to be avoiding me.and heres the kicker she is married and i am a she. so how can i be sure she really is interested in me with out asking her.

Never mess with a married person!
You will be asking for trouble. There would be a ton of emotional baggage. You would have to deal with the X, possibly kids, and a work relationship.
Find someone else to flirt with ; )

It's actually very likely that she's *not* interested in you. I have actually gotten myself in trouble a couple of times because I "default" to being more demonstrative and playful than other women my age, and people have misconstrued it for serious interest.
It may be that she feels because she's married, it's "safe" to flirt and tease because there's no way anybody would take her seriously.

Women do flirt. Some men dont seem to understand that. Just because we flirt doesn't mean that we want something more. If she's married, then that should tell you that she's taken. Just keep it at flirting K.

Wow...not sure what to say. You know the answer, but make sure she is not just friendly.Maybe she is avoiding you at times when she feels you like her more than friends.have you thought about that? I would leave it alone.
