I've been told that guys don't think about girls they don't fancy if they are not actually with them. One of my freinds says this is stupid, however she seems to have a 'thing' going with one of her co-workers. He is ALWAYS saying things like "I knew you were going to say / do that" or "I was thinking when I was doing that that you would blah blah blah". So she is clearly on his mind a lot as he thinks about her when they are not together, and they seem quite close as they can guess each others thoughts and actions. I think they would make a great couple and want to tell her to go for it, but she doesn't agree with me about guys not thinking about girls they dont fancy. Any opinions?

I think that guys don't think much about girls that they don't fancy. However, in this case, since he seems like they are thinking alike, I think he fancies her. If they work together an office romance could be dangerous, but fun, unless either of them is the supervisor.

If she is remotely interested in him, she should let him know, and see where it goes from here. Be Polite. Good Luck
