I mean look no offense to the Christian religion. (all my friends are Christain) What religion was Hitler what religion was Timothy McVade I'm not saying that all Christians are terrorist I'm just saying before anyone says that all muslims are terrorist they should look at those people and more.

I ma a Muslim and I am only 11 and I had to deal with all of that when I was 8 and I still do. But you must also remember that the word Islam means peace and Islam s a peacful religion but people just make it where other people who aren't muslim think that it is a terroistic religon. I agree that the media plays a big part in this problem they never say anyhing about Christian extremists.

i think it is all because of the media of the west that's dominated by racist jealous ppl who are afraid of the truth and so spread lies. muslims are no terrorists, their salut is Peace Be upon you. try reading or searching about muslim articles, and to johnny- they are not ignorants, they are those who taught you how to eat and how to drink, how to love your wife and honour her, how to be a man, how to heal the wounded and cure the sick, and above all they are those who taught you how to pee in a toilet, a before the muslim's enlightenment spread in Europe ppl there even kings and queens knew nothing about an invention called a toilet or a bathroom, instead they took the piss in the streets beside any tree. and suppose they are ignorants, does ignorance mean terrorism?

Very simple: the terrorists (as well as the Mid-East theocracies) commit abhorrent acts IN THE NAME of Islam. Instead of people taking issue with those who have the invalid perception that all Muslims are terrorists, it would be helpful to have some compassion and understanding. And then urge Muslims to openly and loudly protest (and get other Muslims to do the same) whenever a terrorist performs a horrible act in the name of Islam.

People are good at showing how little they know. And, the news media does not help any as they try for sensationalism.
I wish these Christians would also look at what they had done to the world.....the Crusades and the Inquisition, to name only two.
I do wish the Muslim world would stand up more against terrorists. It cannot be done without their help. And, if they let it keep growing, they will take over their governments, too.

All religions are terrorists in one form or another. They either terrorise (English spelling) the mind or the body or both. Today’s main terrorists are Christianity and Islam, but there are also many other terrorist religions.
Christianity and Islam like to kill their fellow human beings.
I know there are many nice people who believe in God, but the real evil amongst us, are the vast majority of religious followers and believers who have clearly shown over time to be the major instigators of wars, violence, abuse, greed and practically everything evil on our planet.
Even according to Genesis in the Bible, God is clearly the greatest mass murderer in history. The Bible is full of terrible atrocities and evil, far more than nice things, but of course believers will just ignore or twist the atrocities into whatever soothes their confused minds.

People count on the media for their 1) entertainment, 2) information, and 3) EDUCATION. The media is the almighty classroom teacher for most, that way no one ever has to actually crack open a book, or even better, they don't have to get up offa their.... well, you know, and go to a mosque to ask questions.

Because humans are basically stupid animals and tend to over generalize. It's called be a bigot. Through out the history of man hatred and the persecution of others is an intricate part of mans history. Even in the bible there are many tales of genocide in the name of god.

I think that people believe that all muslims are terrorist because they are afraid to accept that there are people out there who are different from them and believe in different things. Plus I think it also deals with Sept. 11. People are too afraid to let muslims live their life in peace. I think they are too afraid that its gonna happen all over again.

thats the problem with stereotyping. Look up the word Ethnocentric. These are the people who do it the most. People who can't see past their own culture. So, they just go by what the TV tells them and what their peers tell them, who may be as clueless as them

as salaamu alaikum,Hamduallh ,and lets not forget kkk wno openly confess to be christians also,but do we judge all for that ,no.that is not what we are to do.My family are christians and educated people,but choice to be ignorant about Islam,which is really dissapointing to me and a bit surprising that they would speak on any subject without knowledge of it
