Goes back to the old saying, "Blood is thicker than water."

If she likes or trust you enough and wants to be alone with you, she will make it happen.

If you are this jealous/possessive with someone you like, I can only imagine how bad you are with someone you're dating!

Ask her to step to the side with you for one second....tell her you'd like to take her out and ask for a date. Be specific...ie- Would you like to go to the movies Friday night? Ask her for her number or a number you can call her at and you can talk more privately on the phone. If she asks if her cousin can go and you REALLY like her then agree! Trying to FORCE alone time may put her off. Do what makes her comfortable. If all goes well, the cousin will soon take a back seat to her daily plans. Just make sure cuz doesn't sit in between you! Good luck!

Surely her cuz goes to the restroom or steps away from the girl you like once in a while...if not, then call and talk to her sometime (at least the cousin wouldn't be standing there staring at you)...

If you are hanging out with her tonight, then ask her tonight (for a date)...and go from there...

Jeff, from a girls point of view she should want to spend time with you alone, seems like she is scared of commiting and hiding behind her cousin. But if you really like her just ask her why she don't want to be with you more, the truth might hurt but at least you will know.

tell her how you feel . but do it without sounding like your jealous of her cuz . what your doin is not realizing that her cuz is family and its hard to tell them to stop spending to together. even when your not in the picture anymore ,they still will be family . so plan what you say becuz it can back fire in your face . try making plans for a date with her first then go from there

I'm really NOT good at getting women but I really think we need to at least maintain some seld respect. Ask her and her cousin out. Maybe twice. If you really like her and you think she might like you, ask her a couple times more if you can contact her when she is not with her cousin, IF SHE WANT'S YOU TOO. See what response you get, then give up if it isn't working. Go for it if it is.

You gonna have to stick with it the way it is. Maybe she is unsure of certain things and needs her cousin's reassurance.Maybe her parents want her to do that. Ask her to go to the movies with you, but emphasize that you wanna be alone.

Just ask away and don't be shy. Maybe she is not ready to be alone with you and would like her cousin around. Don't come on too strong either.

If you want to ask her out ask her out. It doesn't matter if when you ask her her cousin is there. Besides why should you be first, you're not in a relationship with her, you're not even really dating. Maybe she hangs around with her cousin so much because she doesn't want to hang around with you.

Ask her for time for yourselves. If you have time alone, she may really see how much she likes you and go with you. And spend less time with her cousin. I'll be hoping it works out for you two!
