Should we stop Iran from getting the bomb?

Iran is being lead by the most dangerous leader in the middle east. Ahmadinejad in an Islamo-fascist that is not only educated but has brass balls. He would shot the current Ayatollah if the guy gave him any slack.
Mahmoud is arrogant and knows how to play global political poker. It is not a question of if he will drop a bomb it is more a question of when he will drop the bomb. He is forging new geo-political alliances and knows that he has 25% of the world light sweet crude under his feet to buy and pay for anything he wants.

Well, if you actually mean "drop a bomb" not likely. If you mean use a nuke against Israel, that would be suicide. Israel has quite a few nukes(they've had nuclear power plants for at least 20 years) and the strike aircraft to carry them. It would be a 1 for 20 exchange, and I don't think the Israelis would hesitate if the could actually link it to Iran.
Most likely, the Iranians would smuggle the weapon in a shipping container or boat, and detonate it through a third party, to limit the possibility they could be connected to it.

If Iran drop a bomb on Israel it would destroy virtually every religion in the world. They would make a lot of enemies doing that.

i think iran has a bomb already. russia has lost a ton of nukes in the last twenty years. their border is huge and right next to the middle east and incredibly porous. and you thought it was bad here with the mexicans were sneaking in!
i think we should start thinking about the world as if we couldn't control each country and each leader. because we can't. if iran had a reason to play by the rules, perhaps they would. i don't blame them for noticing how much less we bothered north korea after they got some nukes.

If that happens, and i strongly hope it doesn't, than the US will respond the same way hopefully. Western civilization would all be against Iran.
