I'm 17, and don't have really any money to join the Biggest Loser club, but I was wondering if any of you out there have joined it? Could you tell me some of the stuff they tell you... maybe the meal plans, how many calories to eat each meal, when to exercise, what exercises to do. Your help would be MUCH appreciated THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I don't know what the Biggest Loser Club is, but I've spent my entire life fighting my fat genes. If you stick with around 1,200 calories a day, you will lose weight at a safe pace. The key is low fat, low calorie, and moderate exercise. Stay away from fried foods: broil it or bake it. Skinless poultry is a good choice as is fish. Beef is okay in moderation. Veggies are always great. You can eat a lot of them for very few calories. There are numerous web sites with low calorie recipes. Don't starve yourself, and have a treat now and then. If you don't, you'll never be able to stick with it.

Lots of running is the best way to lose weight, first thing in the morning is the best time or you might not get around to it. Remember, you must expend more calories than you consume.
