Let's see, I don't know if there is a "sensitive" way to put this, but I will try. Have you ever made a cup of tea? To brew a cup of tea you must dunk the teabag in, and out of the cup of water to get the proper darkness of the tea. Well, Substitute your B/F's balls for the teabag, and substitute your face, or to be more specific... your mouth for the warm cup o' water. That is what is meant by "Tea bagging"
Just be careful that the tea bagging does not lead to a Swedish Breakfast, or a Dirty Sanchez, or even the much dreaded Cleveland Steamer!
