If I create a world cool enough to have people want to experience it after I die, would that make me a god? Are we learning how to create now, so we can build universes later?

well if u can succed in making a world kool enuf for people after u die to want to experiance it then u would be creating a great world but probly wont be concederd a god but a messinger from a god, and it is completely inpossible to create a univers because the definition of a universe is every thing so what u would create is a way to go to diffrent dementions and there are an infinint number of demensions so u would not be creating any demention but you should work tords making a way for us to see other deminsions

I think you already are a god. According to the Bible, anything worshipped before the One True God is a god. Small "g" god.

People throughout history have made gods out of mythological creatures, golden cows, totem poles and even asses.

You don't have to wait until you die to be a god. Enjoy your status now!

No. There is only one God and he wants no other gods besides him. Just because we think we create, we forget that we are made in His image. He was creator, and He placed a little bit of his nature in us. But we will never be a god or a God. Yet, those who choose to serve Him can spend eternity with Him.
Don;t get caught up into that Joseph Smith or Brigham Young cult. They believe they will go populate the planet Kolah....which does not exist...and the women will be eternally pregnant with spirit babies... Ya ! Right!

God created the HEAVENS and the Earth.....that means all universes, and planets, and even the Life on them.

How deep is your question?

You are a creation everything you see was created by the Almighty there was none before Him, there is none after Him, you will be a spirit, and once you are on the other side again you will know all things and know that this question is not real.

I admire your thought shows you believe in creation.

If you can figure out a way to create all that God did as well as God did, I'm sure He will promote you to Master Scientist or something, but there is only one true God.

Well, you would be a creator in the sense that any artist who creates something worthwhile is a creator. But you would be dead, so you could hardly be considered a god.

According to a Mormon: yes.

According to a Christian: no.

The Bible teaches that we are godlike in that we carry the image of God and are very much like him in many ways! Who knows what God has in store for us in eternity? all we know is that its going to be eternal, greater than anything here, and we get to be in Gods very presence!
