Not a gas station no, your average part time register jockey isn't going to know. Same as old oil take it to a mechanics garage, call ahead to make sure, but most will dispose of those sort of things for you.

most communities have a hazardous fluids disposal site...call the nearest city hall, they'll know the safest way to dispose of it

Usually your local fire department will give you information about how to dispose of it. Some fire departments have drop-off days where you can take it to them for disposal.

Put a little in your tank each time you fill up (a gallon to about 15 gals. of good fuel) providing its clean and not dirty or has water in it.
